Can you help us source a venue for our event?

Yes. Our team works closely with many venues around Chandigarh, New Delhi and Punjab suitable for weddings and all kinds of events or conferences. We would be happy to secure the perfect space for your event.

What is the minimum and maximum number you can cater for?

We can cater for any size of event. We have experience managing numbers from 50 through 5000 and beyond.

Are you able to provide beverages with the food menu?

We can provide all of the drinks for your event including fresh juices, aerated beverages, bottled water, mixers, chasers and cocktails. We are also able to source specialist drinks and mixologists on request. All of the above are chargeable as extras.

Do you require a site visit?

We would always request a site visit where possible, this helps us to understand your chosen venue or location. This prior knowledge helps us with our logistical planning, meaning that your event will run as smoothly as possible. We are able to deliver on events without site visit if this is not possible, but we’ll need all your support to understand the space before the day.

Do we need to have an event manager?

An event manager is always needed at at event, and for larger events more than one may be necessary. Their expertise and logistical prowess will ensure your event is as you’d imagined it. Your Food Craft manager will be fully versed on all of your plans and and expectations.

What steps does Food Craft take to ensure it’s reducing waste?

At Food Craft, sustainability with opulence is at the heart of everything we do. We are constantly thriving to ensure our events are as low waste as possible. We have numerous initiatives that help us in doing that, please ask your event manager to find out more.

How do you clear, recycle and dispose?

We will clear all the rubbish at the end of your event, rubbish and recycling will be sorted and disposed of correctly.

How long do you require to set up? Do you need additional days?

This depends on the scale, production and food offering at your event. Smaller events can be set up in 8-10 hours whereas large scale events may need anything from 18 hours to prepare.
